We are excited to welcome you back into our stores!

For over 100 years, through good times and bad, Burkes has remained committed to the health and well-being of our employees, our guests, and the communities that we serve. We would like to reassure you that we are doing everything that we can to provide a clean and safe environment for our employees and guests.

Over the last few weeks, we have been following the guidance of the CDC, as well as state and local officials to determine a socially responsible timeline for reopening our locations. We have all been hard at work on our stores.

Here are some changes you can expect to see:
  • Frequent and heightened cleaning & sanitizing procedures throughout our stores such as sanitizing restrooms and high-traffic areas
  • Cleaning register and pin pad areas between guests
  • The practice of social distancing procedures such as 6 foot increments at checkout
  • Temporary restrictions such as closed water fountains
  • For the safety of our associates and guests, associates will be utilizing masks
  • Please also note that we extended rewards for 60 days. You can redeem rewards online or in-store

We want to thank you for your continued support as we all navigate these uncertain times together. The health and safety of our associates and our guests is our top priority. We are confident that with your help, we can continue to provide you with the great, safe, and healthy shopping experience that you have come to expect from Burkes.

When will you reopen stores?
While we are excited to welcome you back in our stores, some stores remain temporarily closed. You can check your local store information on our store locator.
How are you ensuring stores are safe and clean?
  • Safety remains a top priority for our guests and associates. Social distancing guidelines are in place, including tape on the floor and signage. 
  • Masks and hand sanitizer are available in stores for our associates to ensure store cleanliness and safety.
How is Burkes Outlet ensuring my online order is safe?
  • For the health and safety of our guests and associates, we are following WHO and CFC guidance in our online order fulfillment.
How do I contact customer service?
  • Our customer service information is provided on this page. We know that you may experience long wait times due to high volume and thank you for your patience. Many of your questions can be self-served through our FAQ page.
Can I still use my One Card Loyalty reward if it is expiring soon?
  • If you have linked your loyalty account to an online account you may redeem via online orders. Don’t have an account?  Get started today.
  • If you prefer to use them in-store we are extending reward expirations for 90 days.
